Shipping
All order come with free standard shipping. Expedited (overnight) shipping can be added to any order for an additional fee during checkout.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns. If an incorrect product or unapproved design was sent to you, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement.
Processing time
We provide a proof within 24-48 hours from when we receive customer orders.
Once a design is approved it will ship the next business day. Our free standard shipping takes 2-3 days on average for delivery.
Our Process
- Pick product type Size, Side & Add-ons
- Choose the available finishing options you’d like.
- Provide Customization Instructions or Upload a Design.
- Enter specific design and personalization instructions text. You can also upload image assets that will be used on your product. Don't need a custom design? You may upload a complete design when we'll use that when printing your product.
- Click “ADD TO CART” & then proceed Checkout.
You may leave any special request on the note during checkout and upgrade shipping options. - Confirm the Proof
You will receive a final proof for approval before we send your orders to print. - Delivery
You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched.
